THE WORK

Make your executive reputation work harder.

We define what you and your leaders need to be known for, put that position to work and embed the discipline inside the organisation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The piece your growth strategy is underestimating.

You and your leaders are already representing the business every day. In meetings, conversations, interviews and networks, their reputation influences how people see the organisation.

The work is making that reputation deliberate: aligned with the business and built around the deals, hiring and opportunities ahead.

WHO THIS IS FOR

One leader.
One team.
Same discipline.

Whether it is one executive or an entire leadership team, the work starts the same way: understanding what the business needs, defining what leaders should be known for and building the reputation to support it.

THE REVIEW

Find where your executive reputation can work harder.

A focused 60-minute review of where your executive reputation stands today, what the business needs from it and where the gaps are.

You leave with three priorities and a written debrief.

THE PROGRAMME

One strategy.
Put to work.

The Review gives us the priorities. The programme turns them into a clear position, a working roadmap and a playbook your team can keep using.

Set the
direction.

We establish what the business needs from the leader’s reputation, whose decisions shape that outcome and what the leader needs to be known for.

We identify where the current reputation is helping, where it is getting in the way and which three priorities deserve attention first.

Put it
to work.

We turn those priorities into a practical roadmap: the conversations to enter, the channels worth using, the content to create and the moments the leader needs to be ready for.

Then we work with the leader to put it into practice.

Make it repeatable.

We create the playbook, decision rules and internal ownership needed to keep the strategy running.

Your team knows what to pursue, what to decline and how each activity supports the position being built.

THE OUTCOMES

What it accelerates for your business.

Executive reputation influences more than visibility. It shapes the moments that move a business forward: the introductions, the conversations, opportunities and the decisions.

Get in the right conversations.

Your leaders enter conversations before opportunities become formal, because the relationship and credibility already exist.

Build trust and move faster.

Trust is established sooner, reducing the time needed to prove value in important conversations.

Get chosen more often.

A stronger reputation gives clients, partners and talent a clearer reason to choose your business.

THE DETAILS

A few practical questions.

  • We build executive reputation strategy for leaders and organisations.

We define what a leader needs to be known for, whose decisions their reputation needs to influence and how that position should support deals, hiring and opportunity.

  • Personal branding concentrates on visibility. PR focuses on media coverage. Executive coaching develops leadership performance.

We start with the business outcome and work backwards: what the leader needs to be known for, whose decisions that reputation must influence and which activities will support it.

Branding, PR and coaching may form part of the roadmap, but none is the strategy itself.

  • Yes. We work with individual executives and full leadership teams.

For one leader, we build the strategy around the deals, hires and opportunities their reputation needs to support.

For a team, we define the role each leader’s reputation needs to play, where those reputations should reinforce one another and where they should remain distinct.

  • The Review is available for one executive or a leadership team.

For one executive, it is a focused 60-minute conversation about the reputation already affecting their role and business priorities.

For a leadership team, the review takes place over two weeks. It includes a sponsor conversation, individual conversations with up to five leaders and a 90-minute team session.

Both formats provide three priorities and written findings.

  • The executive Review can be booked and paid for online here.

The leadership team Review is scoped around the number of leaders and the business priority. Contact us to discuss the team, timing and fee.

  • If you decide to continue, the programme turns those priorities into a clear reputation position, a practical roadmap and a playbook your team can keep using.

  • Both. We set the direction, build the roadmap and work with the leader to put it into practice across content, appearances and important business conversations.

The final phase creates the playbook and internal ownership needed to continue the work.

  • Yes. Our experience spans brand, marketing, communications and HR inside global organisations. We understand what each function owns, where responsibilities overlap and where executive reputation tends to fall between them.

We connect the work already happening around the leader to one strategy and give internal teams and external partners a shared direction.

  • We do not sell visibility for its own sake, generic personal branding packages, fixed content calendars, outsourced social media management or media coverage.

We do not promise growth hacks, instant authority or results overnight. Trust takes evidence, consistency and time. We will not pretend otherwise.

It starts with a conversation.
