THE REVIEW
What your name says already.
The Review gives you an outside view of your reputation, and of where to focus first.
THE CHOICE
One executive or one team.
Some reputation questions sit with one leader, whether they come to us directly or their organisation sponsors the work. Others only become clear across a whole leadership team.

The Executive Review is centred on one leader and the business priorities around them.

The Team Review looks at the role each leader's reputation needs to play, and whether those roles fit together.

Each one ends with a clear assessment and focused priorities, built to be seen through.

60 minutes
What is your reputation doing for you now, and for the opportunities ahead?
THE FOCUS
We start where anyone would: by searching your name. Then the conversation gets at what a search cannot show: how you are positioned, where the messages about you conflict, and where the gap is costing you.
THE OUTCOME
You leave with three priorities and a clear place to start. After the Review, you receive a concise written assessment setting out those priorities and the recommended first steps.

Take it forward yourself, or talk to us about building the position and roadmap from there.

Scoped to your team
Are your leaders' reputations working together, or against each other?
THE FOCUS
We start with the person who brought us in, then each leader in turn. Every footprint tells part of the story, and we check whether the parts add up: where leaders reinforce each other, and where they pull apart.
THE OUTCOME
You leave with clear roles, three shared priorities and one place to start. After the Review, you receive a concise written assessment of where your leaders reinforce one another, where they pull apart and what to address first.

Take it forward internally, or talk to us about building the shared direction and roadmap from there.
